Refund policy

Estonian Witch provides personalized spiritual services performed remotely. No physical products are supplied or shipped.

Under applicable EU consumer law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a service contract concluded online within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, subject to the exceptions and conditions established by law.

If you expressly request that Estonian Witch begin performing your service during the 14-day withdrawal period, performance may begin immediately or before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal after performance has begun but before the service has been fully completed, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services already performed, where permitted by applicable law.

Once a service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost where you expressly requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service had been fully performed.

Outside the statutory rights described above, Estonian Witch does not offer refunds for services that have already been performed or completed. Dissatisfaction with the outcome of spiritual work does not in itself constitute grounds for a refund, as specific results are not guaranteed.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
